Certifications:
MERCEDES-BENZ
Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Repair Facilities are recognized by Mercedes-Benz for meeting or exceeding Mercedes-Benz's strict collision repair criteria. The Mercedes-Benz is designed to be one of the safest cars on the road today. Repairing your car at a Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Repair Facility will help ensure that it stays that way and that it will perform as intended in the event of a subsequent collision.
Mercedes-Benz has two levels of certification for their Certified Collision Repair Facilities – General and CL 215 Advanced Structural. We currently hold the ONLY Mercedes-Benz CL 215 Advanced Structural Collision Certification in all of Ohio. Being Advanced Certified means that we have the additional facilities, equipment and training to properly reconstruct vehicles, including aluminum, ultra high strength alloys and composites, that have sustained structural damage, and that we earnestly follow Mercedes-Benz standards. Your car simply should never be repaired in a facility that is not equipped, trained and Certified to repair it properly.
CARBENCH
Mercedes-Benz collision repair procedures are very specific concerning the type of equipment used in the repair of vehicles following an accident. In the United States, the only companies marketing straightening equipment approved by Mercedes-Benz are Celette and CarBench.
We are the only collision repair facilities in the region using both Celette and CarBench equipment. Our West Chester facility was the first facility in three states to obtain a CarBench. To learn more about CarBench, please select the following two links:
ASE
The Institute for Automotive Service Excellence is nationally recognized for testing and certifying individual repair technicians and estimators to have achieved a certain level of competence and knowledge. This is a step taken by the individual employee that demonstrates a level of professionalism and pride in their craft. Some of our employees have achieved “Master” certification (the highest level possible), most are certified in their specialty (body or paint) and the rest are working toward certification. This is an extraordinary step taken on individual initiative and further emphasizes our commitment to excellence both corporately and individually.
I-CAR
The Inter Industry Conference on Automotive Repair, educates and certifies individual employees of both repair shops and insurance companies, on important and timely repair procedures and standards. While these standards are usually general in nature and apply to many different types of cars (as opposed to the specifics of Mercedes-Benz Certification) many of our employees have cared enough about the company and their craft to seek and obtain I-CAR certification, some achieving Gold Class Status (the highest possible).
